Solid Steel Plate: Sun Welding offers a variety of durable steel plate options for their Heirloom Series, including solid doors ranging from 3/16" to 1/2" and bodies from 12 Gauge (7/64") to 3/16". The door frame is constructed from sturdy 3/16" steel to ensure security and prevent bending, similar to composite drywall doors. Additionally, the recessed door provides extra protection and the heat-activated seal can expand up to 7 times its size to effectively seal out smoke and heat. The bodies are continuously welded for unmatched durability.
Interior Finish: Sun Welding enhances security by lining all six walls with 5/8" fire board. Durable 3/4" particle board is meticulously handcrafted to create the interior, which can be customized with your choice of velour fabric in various shades.
Exterior Finish: Select from a range of glossy paint options, painstakingly hand-applied and adorned with chrome, gold, or black logos. This safe boasts a single drop handle for a chic and polished look.
