If an item is on backorder, it will be annotated on the item's product page along with an Estimated Date of Arrival (EDA), also known as a restock date. If there is any delay in processing or shipping your order, you will be notified via email.

How We Handle Backorders

We work directly with the manufacturers we carry to provide the most accurate lead times. Here’s what to expect:

  • Your payment is captured at the time of purchase to reserve your backordered item.
  • You will receive an email confirmation after your order is placed.
  • We will call you to ensure you are aware the item is on backorder along with the EDA.
  • If your order includes multiple items, in-stock items may ship separately to avoid unnecessary delays.
  • Once the backordered item ships, you will receive a tracking number and shipping confirmation.
  • We will keep you updated at least twice a week via email, regardless of whether anything changes. This is to ensure complete transparency, thereby maintaining your trust in us and ensuring that you are well taken care of.

Cancellations and Exchanges

  • You may request a cancellation or exchange if your backordered item has not yet shipped. You can email us at support@securezoned.com or call us at +1 (254) 434-4989 to initiate the request.
  • Once a backordered item has been shipped, our Return & Refund Policy will apply.
  • If an item becomes discontinued or unavailable, we’ll contact you immediately to offer an alternative, store credit, or a full refund.
