Request Your Quote
Fill out our quote form with your safe model, delivery address, floor level, and any site details such as stairs, slopes, or narrow hallways. Photos of the delivery path are always helpful and will speed up the quoting process.

We Connect You With a Local Provider
We identify a vetted local safe-moving or locksmith company in your area and obtain a quote on your behalf. We then send you the quote and the company's contact details so you can move forward when ready.

You Confirm and Schedule Directly
You contact the service provider directly to agree on payment terms, scheduling, and any additional details. They are an independent company and all service arrangements are made between you and them.

Your Safe Ships
Once White-Glove is confirmed, your safe ships to the service company's warehouse or directly to the freight terminal nearest you. They collect it and coordinate the final leg of delivery to your home or office.

Delivery Day
The crew arrives at your scheduled time, carries the safe to your desired location, removes all packaging, and positions the safe exactly where you want it. An adult must be present to accept delivery and sign any required receipts.
Inspect Your Delivery Immediately
You must inspect the packaging and the safe at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage, including minor dents, scratches, or torn packaging, note it on the delivery receipt before signing. Take dated photographs of all damage right away. Freight damage claims not reported within 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution. If damage is severe, you have the right to refuse delivery and write "REFUSED DUE TO DAMAGE" on the carrier's receipt.
Your Responsibility at Delivery
An adult (18 or older) must be present to sign the Proof of Delivery receipt. No exceptions. If you miss your delivery window without advance notice, a re-delivery fee may apply. Please ensure a clear path from your entry point to the safe's final destination before the crew arrives, including the removal of any furniture, rugs, or other obstructions along the way.

What May Affect Your Service

Certain site conditions affect delivery eligibility or final pricing. Please review these before requesting a quote.

Staircase Access
Upstairs delivery is only possible when the staircase width, landing size, and ceiling height allow moving equipment to pass through safely. Spiral staircases, ship-style ladders, and extremely steep stairs are generally not serviceable. The service team has final discretion on whether upstairs delivery can be completed.
Cul-de-sacs and Dead-End Roads
Standard freight carriers cannot service cul-de-sacs, dead-end streets, or dirt and gravel roads. White-Glove providers often use smaller trucks to work around this limitation. Be sure to note your road type when requesting a quote so we can plan accordingly.
Driveway and Terrain Grade
Steep driveways, unpaved surfaces, and significant inclines may limit service options or add to the delivery cost. Providing photos of your driveway when requesting a quote allows the service team to assess feasibility before scheduling your appointment.
Limited Access Locations
Airports, military bases, construction sites, marinas, farms, ranches, country clubs, prisons, and similar locations may require a limited-access surcharge or may not be serviceable. Please contact us before placing your order if your delivery address falls into one of these categories.
Safes Over 2,000 lbs
Extremely heavy safes may require a forklift or loading dock at your location. If neither is available, we can connect you with a specialist company that is equipped to handle oversized vault deliveries requiring heavy equipment on site.
Doorway Clearance
Before scheduling, confirm your safe will fit through all doorways, hallways, and turns along the entire delivery path. We recommend measuring the full route including door frames and not just the open span. The delivery crew is not responsible for safes that cannot fit through the planned route.

Third-Party Service Disclosure and Limitation of Liability

White-Glove delivery and installation services are performed exclusively by independent, third-party professionals and not by our company. We act as a facilitator by connecting you with qualified local providers and obtaining quotes on your behalf as a convenience to you.

By requesting White-Glove or installation services, you acknowledge and agree to the following: (1) We do not employ, supervise, or control the third-party service providers. (2) We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, timeliness, or outcome of their services. (3) Any contract for delivery or installation services is formed directly between you and the third-party provider. (4) Any dispute arising from the delivery or installation must be addressed directly with the service provider.

We are not liable for property damage, bodily injury, loss, or any other claim arising from the actions or omissions of third-party delivery and installation professionals. We strongly recommend discussing insurance coverage, liability, and terms of service directly with the provider before authorizing any work to begin.

A safe that is damaged after being accepted and signed for at delivery is not eligible for return or replacement through our store's standard return policy. Please report all freight carrier damage at the time of delivery following the instructions provided in the Important Notices section above.

These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our White-Glove services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.

Yes. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We can arrange White-Glove delivery as long as your safe has not already shipped directly to your address. Once shipped, we may still be able to coordinate an in-home move following curbside delivery, depending on your location and available providers.
We typically respond with a quote within 1 to 2 business days after receiving all required information. To speed things up, please provide your full delivery address, floor level, number of stairs, and photos of the delivery path when you reach out.
We will arrange the quote with the white-glove delivery service company and will send you an invoice. We will not initiate the delivery arrangement until we receive the payment.
Any damage that occurs during inside delivery or installation is the responsibility of the third-party service provider. Before authorizing any work, we recommend discussing their liability coverage and damage policy with them directly. Document any damage with photographs right away and address the claim with the provider.
Please have the following information ready when you submit your request: the safe model/SKU, your full delivery address, email, a phone number the delivery team can reach you at, which floor the safe is going to, the number of stairs (if applicable), any slope, gravel, access restrictions at your property, and photos of the delivery path if possible.
We work to find white-glove delivery services in most areas across the contiguous United States. Availability in very rural or remote areas is not guaranteed. If we are unable to locate a local provider for your address, we will let you know promptly and you can choose standard curbside delivery at no additional cost.
Garage Delivery requires an overhead garage door opening with paved or concrete access from the street. The driveway grade must not exceed approximately 2%. If your situation does not meet these requirements, a White-Glove Inside Delivery quote is a better fit. Final approval rests with the driver based on conditions present on delivery day.
