Safes under 150 lbs ships via UPS, USPS, or FedEx Ground, no appointment needed. Safes weighing 150 lbs or more ship via freight (LTL). The freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment once the safe reaches your local terminal.
Can You Deliver It Inside My House and Bolt It Down?
We don't provide inside delivery directly, but we work with third-party installers across the country who do. Here's how it works: call us at 254-434-4989 for a recommendation in your area, and we'll provide you a quote. Once you've agreed on a price, place your order with us using the installer's address as the shipping destination. Will This Fit Through My Doorway? Check the product's exterior dimensions (listed above) against your narrowest passage, interior doorways, stair landings, and tight turns. Most people remove the safe from the pallet before moving it indoors, so the safe's actual dimensions are what matter for doorways. Standard interior doorways (30–32" clear) accommodate most residential safes, but measure before ordering. Call us if you're uncertain.
Can I Change the Combination Myself?
Electronic locks: yes; it takes about 30 seconds. Instructions are included with your safe.
Mechanical dial locks: no, changing a dial combination requires a licensed safe technician. Attempting to change a dial combination yourself (or having an unlicensed locksmith do it) voids the lock warranty. A licensed safe tech maintains the warranty.
What if it arrives damaged?
Call us immediately. While you have 24 hours to report damage, calling right away gets the claim filed faster. Take photos of the damage and packaging before moving anything. For minor cosmetic damage, we typically send touch-up paint plus a partial refund. For significant damage, we send replacement parts or arrange a full replacement.

We offer a 30-day return policy on unused, in-original-condition products. The return freight for a heavy safe is substantial, so we strongly encourage you to call us before ordering if you're unsure about fit or configuration

Standard delivery drops your safe at the curb (for heavier items). With garage delivery, your item can be brought up to your garage or the closest first door (typically up your driveway). White-Glove delivery takes it further. A trained two to four person crew brings the item inside your home to the exact room you choose, handles all the heavy equipment, and removes every piece of packaging before they leave.
Installation service is also available. The crew can anchor or bolt the safe to your floor or wall and verify the lock is functioning before they go. That's quoted separately based on your setup.
Pricing is based on safe weight and floor level, typically ranging from $250 to $1,500 for most residential deliveries. You'll receive a quote before committing.
