5 Year Extended Parts Warranty ($99.00)
Replaceable components such as keypads, wiring, lock bodies, key locks, lighting parts, dehumidifiers, handles, internal linkages, locking bolts, fire seals, hinge caps, and other non-permanently attached parts are covered against manufacturing defects. Installation labor is not included.
Defective parts may need to be returned for inspection to confirm the issue is not due to misuse. In some cases, payment for a replacement may be required first and refunded once the part is verified as defective.
